“Before taking the paid membership, they keep pushing your profile and you get regular requests. But once you pay, you stop receiving new requests”

“even if you get premium membership you will not get match and after that they start asking you for VIP membership.”

“I was told that if I don’t get any match in 30 days then my money will be refunded. … when I asked for refund they said that you You don’t fit the criteria”

“Even after paying, already marred profile was not removed from the site as promised, and I did not receive a refund.”

“I have reported multiple profiles but those profiles are still active”

“Many of the profiles are either fake … i have already faced a profile who was verified by u”
